I've got different projects going. One with each. The Tunecore was infinitely easier to get up and going for me. CD Baby involved all kinds of "jumping through hoops" and mailing things in, etc... Tunecore allowed me to upload everything right from my laptop. They are both selling fine... The tunecore sells hard copies of my CD through Amazon on demand, so I get less of a cut than from CD Baby, but not much less. Either way, I'm not selling enough yet to really make a huge difference and my focus is on digital download sales like iTunes.

My vote: Tunecore, based on my own criteria.
